This is likely the true toughest variation from 1991 topps. What happened was the sheet that this card was on was flipped the wrong way, so the 40th Anniversary logo got stamped on the backs of the manager cards, which were not supposed to have it. And the players cards had the same thing happen where the stat boxes that the managers were supposed to have on the back were stamped on them.
