In 1993, Studio released a limited number of Frank Thomas and Ryne Sandberg promotional cards to promote their upcoming 1993 Studio release. The front of the promo cards look exactly like the cards included in the regular set. However, the back of the promo cards have a subtle difference from the regular cards. The Frank Thomas promo card has a hyphen in the word, “listening,” whereas the regular card doesn’t contain the hyphen. Similarly, the Ryne Sandberg promo card has a hyphen in the word, “possession,” whereas the regular card doesn’t contain the hyphen. This lot contains both promo cards and the original promotional sleeve in which the cards were issued.
